How do clients provide feedback?

Transparent feedback is an important part of maintaining quality of care and celebrates great work carried out by individual care workers. Clients on Mable can provide feedback on your profile once you enter into an agreement. This feedback displays on your profile and can affect where you show up in search results.

You are also able to “request feedback” from clients via your dashboard.

Please note that all feedback goes through an automated approval process. If you are unhappy with any feedback you have received, you will need to contact your client directly to discuss. The feedback can be removed or edited if they choose.
